All pet records are stored securely and are accessible only to the trained care staff working directly with your animal. We do not sell, trade, or rent any pet or owner information to third parties.

You may request a copy of your pet's care records at any time. To request deletion of your pet's records (outside of legally required retention periods), please contact us using the information below.
